1. Comments:    Today was totally dedicated to oral expression. We did three main activities to practise and reinforce the grammar and vocabulary of chapter 3. The first one was a group activity taken from the book on page 29, activity 8.

Then we did another group work activity involving the 2nd conditional and finally a pair work activity was done involving the use of the 3rd conditional. It was an energetic and dynamic class.  Well done!

Tuesday, 08/01/13

1. Comments: Welcome back to class! Today we did some pair interaction about what we did over the holidays. We also revised vocabulary relating to crime and punishment as well as the second conditional and gave an introduction to the third conditional. We also did exercise 1 on page 26.
Individual feedback was given on the email test and feedback relating to the last oral exam was also given highlighting common mistake. Time was also spent planning the rest of the academic year.

Written assignment (10%): March 5 – 21 (last day to hand it in).
Oral presentations (10%): April 2 – May 9.
